Founded by Amanda, a qualified remedial massage therapist with 13 years of experience, the clinic brings together her background in personal training, Pilates and massage, alongside her passion for fitness and recovery.

Amanda works alongside Paula to offer remedial, sports and deep tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, pregnancy massage and lymphatic drainage.

Whether you’re managing everyday muscle tension or recovering from training, we take the time to listen and adjust each treatment to your goals and preferred pressure.

A complimentary infrared sauna is available after your treatment. Health fund receipts are available for eligible treatments with Amanda.
